Michael Regan, Experienced Connecticut Contractor and Owner of Regan Total Construction
Michael Regan, the owner and operator of Regan Total Construction LLC, has been working in the construction field since 1999 as a skilled tradesman and carpenter.
With degrees in Construction and Business Management from the University of New Hampshire in addition to his practical training and skills, Mike is a uniquely qualified and highly professional Connecticut residential contractor. His on-the-job experience and education, combined with a goal to always provide the highest quality of work possible, ensures that Regan Total Construction will deliver a finished product that pleases the customer every time. Mike is a member of the Greater Hartford BNI Networking Group.

The Regan Total Construction team includes skilled, licensed and insured professionals, whose job it is to make sure everything we do to improve your home meets and/or exceeds state building codes.
We are experienced and continually strive to improve our skills through training and education. Some of this includes successful completion of the following certifications: installation of decking and trim from TrexPro Platinum©, Advanced Training Program for Vinyl, Insulation and Polymer from the CertainTeed and the Installation Masters training program for windows and doors sponsored by Harvey Building Products.
We specialize in residential home improvement that includes: design and construction of porches & decks, patios, basement remodeling and home additions. We are qualified to perform the work necessary to add to or improve the existing condition of your home. Regan Total Construction is based out of Bloomfield Connecticut but has performed home improvement projects throughout all of Connecticut. Many of our home construction projects are in the greater Hartford area where we have worked extensively in towns such as West Hartford, Avon, Simsbury, Windsor, Suffield, Glastonbury and Farmington.
